ORIGINAL POSITION BUILDING COLUMN METHOD AND ORIGINAL POSITION BUILDING COLUMN STRUCTURE
To provide an original position building column method and an original position building column structure which eliminate need of securing a new land and a removal work of a foundation part when an existing column is replaced with a new column, and can reduce a construction time and a construction cost.SOLUTION: An original position building column method and an original position building column structure: cut and remove the upper part of an existing column; remain a foundation part including a setting part of the existing column at an original position; erect an anchor bolt on the upper surface of the foundation part; fix a new column having a column portion corresponding to the upper part of the existing column, a base plate on the lower part of the column portion and a core column part extending below the base plate in the internal center part below the column portion to the foundation part in a state where the core column part is inserted into the setting part and the base plate is adjusted to a predetermined attitude through the anchor bolt; and inject, fill and cure shrinkage-compensating mortar between the upper surface of the foundation part and the base plate and between the outer peripheral surface of the core column part and the inner peripheral surface of the setting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設柱を新設柱へ建替えるに際し、新たな用地の確保、基礎部の撤去作業を必要とせず、施工時間と工費の削減が可能な、元位置建柱工法および元位置建柱構造を提供する。【解決手段】既設柱の上部を切断、除去するとともに、既設柱の根入れ部を含む基礎部を元位置に残し、基礎部の上面にアンカーボルトを立設し、既設柱の上部に相当する柱部分を有し、該柱部分の下部にベースプレートを有し、該柱部分の下部の内部中央部にベースプレートよりも下方まで延びる芯柱部を有する新設柱を、芯柱部が根入れ部内に挿入されるとともに、ベースプレートがアンカーボルトを介して所定の姿勢に調整された状態にて、基礎部に対して固定し、基礎部の上面とベースプレートとの間および芯柱部の外周面と根入れ部の内周面との間に無収縮モルタルを注入、充填、養生することを特徴とする元位置建柱工法、および元位置建柱構造。【選択図】図2
