PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a base-isolation construction, a base plate, and a method for constructing a lower foundation member, which can improve workability and improve accuracy control.SOLUTION: A base-isolation construction 1 comprises a seismic isolator 2, an upper foundation member 3 fixed to the upper surface of the seismic isolator 2, and a lower foundation member 4 fixed to the lower surface of the seismic isolator 2. The lower foundation member 4 includes a base plate 5 fixed to the lower surface of the seismic isolator 2 and a foundation body 6 formed by cast-in-place concrete in a state in which the lower surface of the base plate 5 is wound around the base plate 5, and the lower surface of the base plate is inclined so as to be higher from the center toward the outer edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
