PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation construction and a construction method of a base-isolation construction capable of minimizing the size of each member at a junction, and capable of being easily and inexpensively constructed.SOLUTION: This base-isolation construction for joining the base-isolation device 2 and the lower foundation member 4, and the construction method for the base isolation structure are provided with a raising layer 5 formed between the base isolation device 2 and the lower foundation member 4, a plurality of bolts 24 for connecting the base isolation device 2 and the lower foundation member 4, and an adjusting member 6 arranged in the raising layer 5 and inserted with a bolt 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
