BASE-ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION AND BASE-ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION EQUIPPED WITH BASE-ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation construction that can effectively isolate the base of a structure against a shake acting on the structure with simple structure, and a base-isolation construction equipped with the base-isolation construction.SOLUTION: A base-isolation construction includes: a base-isolation column 8 which is arranged between a horizontal flange 6a and a horizontal flange 6b to tilt, and has flanges 10 formed at both end parts; a tilt fulcrum forming member 11 which restricts horizontal displacement of the flanges, and forms a fulcrum E when the base-isolation column 8 begins to tilt; and a stopper member 12 which abuts on the flanges 10 when the base-isolation column 8 tilts to limit the tilt angle of the base-isolation column 8. The tilt fulcrum forming member 11 and stopper member 12 are divided and formed in the form of a plurality of blocks 11A, 11B and blocks 12A, 12B to cover the flanges 10 from their outer peripheral sides, and fitted detachably to the horizontal flanges 6a, 6b with a fastening member 13.
【課題】簡単な構成で構造物に作用する揺れを効果的に免震できる免震構造及び該免震構造を備えた免震装置を提供する。【解決手段】水平フランジ６ａ，６ｂの間に傾斜自在に配設され且つ両端部にフランジ１０が形成された免震柱８と、フランジ１０の水平方向の変位を拘束し且つ免震柱８が傾き始める際の支点Ｅを形成する傾斜支点形成用部材１１と、免震柱８が傾斜した際にフランジ１０と当接して免震柱８の傾斜角度を制限するストッパ部材１２とを備え、傾斜支点形成用部材１１及びストッパ部材１２はそれぞれ、フランジ１０をその外周側から覆うよう複数のブロック１１Ａ，１１Ｂ及びブロック１２Ａ，１２Ｂに分割形成され且つ水平フランジ６ａ，６ｂに対し締結部材１３により着脱自在に取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
