DEVICE AND METHOD OF FLOOR SLAB REBUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective rebuilding of a floor slab (removal of an old floor slab and installation of new floor slab).SOLUTION: A floor slab rebuilding machine 100 is configured to comprise a gate-type structure 1 formed by coupling front and rear gate-type frames 2, 2 in a bridge axial direction, two pairs of rails 7, 8 disposed in a bridge axial direction along a ceiling part of the gate-type structure 1, a first lifting device 10 which is suspended from the rail 7 to be able to raise a new floor slab S1 at a carrying-in/carry-out position (a trailer 200) and move it to a rebuilding position, and a second lifting device 20 which is suspended from the rail 8 to be able to raise an old floor slab S2 at the rebuilding position and move it to the carrying-in/carry-out position. Each of the first and second lifting devices 10, 20 is configured to be able to pass each other in the opposite direction in a bridge axial direction while lifting their respective floor slabs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 床版の架け替え(旧床版の撤去と新床版の設置)を効率的に行う。【解決手段】 床版架け替え機100は、橋軸方向前後の門型フレーム2、2を連結してなる門型構造体1と、門型構造体1の天井部に沿って橋軸方向に配設される2組のレール7、8と、レール7に懸架され、搬入・搬出位置(トレーラ200)の新床版S1を吊上げて、架け替え位置まで移動可能な第1の吊上装置10と、レール8に懸架され、架け替え位置の旧床版S2を吊上げて、搬入・搬出位置まで移動可能な第2の吊上装置20と、を含んで構成される。前記第1及び第2の吊上装置10、20は、それぞれが床版を吊上げた状態で、橋軸方向で互いに反対方向にすれ違うことができるように構成される。【選択図】 図1
