PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic joined body which has high joining strength and whose strength hardly decreases even after repeated heating and cooling.SOLUTION: A ceramic joined body of this disclosure comprises a first member, a second member, and a joining layer located between the fist member and the second member. The first member and the second member are composed of silicon carbide-based ceramic or silicon nitride-based ceramic. The joining layer contains silicon as the main component, and the interface between the first member and the second member has a metallic compound containing aluminium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
