CERAMIC JOINED BODY
To improve a strength of a joint portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to a first direction.SOLUTION: The ceramic joined body includes a first ceramic member, a second ceramic member, and a joint portion joining both of them, containing at least one of ceramics and glass as a main component, and formed of a material having a thermal expansion coefficient different from the thermal expansion coefficient of at least one of constituent materials such as the first ceramic member. There is a specific region that includes, in at least one specific cross section substantially perpendicular to the first direction, a plurality of ceramic particles and the constituent materials of the joint portion existing between the ceramic particles, in which a ratio of the number of specific ceramic particles having a roundness of 0.4 or more is 50% or more for a total number of the plurality of the ceramic particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
