ENVIRONMENTAL LOAD REDUCTION CLINKER, CEMENT COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR AND SOIL IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load reduction clinker and a cement composition capable of sufficiently effectively using wastes and industrial by-products as a part of raw materials and sufficiently reducing COgeneration amount during manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: The environmental load reduction clinker has hydraulic modulus (HM) of 1.75 to 2.20, silica modulus (SM) of 1.30 or more and less than 2.80, iron modulus (IM) of 2.1 to 4.0 and CA amount of 11 mass% to 22 mass%, FeOamount of less than 3.9 mass%, CAF amount of 6 to 11 mass%, and CS amount of 40 to 60 mass%, which are calculated by Bogue equation. The cement composition contains the environmental load reduction clinker, gypsum, lime stone and/or fly ash and blast furnace water-granulated slag and content of the blast furnace water-granulated slag is 5 to 80 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】原料の一部として廃棄物や産業副産物を十分に有効利用できるとともに製造過程におけるCO2発生量を十分に低減できる環境負荷低減クリンカーおよびセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る環境負荷低減クリンカーは、水硬率(HM)が1.75〜2.20、ケイ酸率(SM)が1.30以上2.80未満、鉄率(IM)が2.1〜4.0であり且つボーグ式にて算定されるC3A量が11質量%以上22質量%以下、Fe2O3量が3.9質量%未満、C4AF量が6〜11質量%、C3S量が40〜60質量%である。本発明に係るセメント組成物は、上記環境負荷低減クリンカーと、石膏と、石灰石及び/またはフライアッシュと、高炉水砕スラグとを含み、前記高炉水砕スラグの含有量がセメント組成物100質量部に対して5〜80質量部である。【選択図】図10
