CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SOIL CEMENT UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a soil cement underground continuous wall which can construct a soil cement underground continuous wall of equal thickness even if the ground is a gravel layer.SOLUTION: As a construction method of a soil cement underground continuous wall, a soil cement underground continuous wall is constructed by using an excavator which excavates the ground with a cutter bit by moving in a horizontal direction while circling a cutter chain. The construction method of the soil cement underground continuous wall comprises steps S1 and S2 of moving while discharging drilling fluid containing a bubble agent and bentonite into the ground by the excavator and excavating the ground in a predetermined range and steps S3 and S4 of forming the soil cement underground continuous wall in the excavated ground while discharging solidification fluid containing the cementitious solidifying material and a defoaming agent into the ground by the excavator and moving again within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤が礫層であっても、等厚のソイルセメント地中連続壁を構築できる、ソイルセメント地中連続壁の構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ソイルセメント地中連続壁の構築方法は、カッターチェーンを周回させながら水平方向に移動することによりカッタービットで地盤を掘削する掘削機を用いて、ソイルセメント地中連続壁を構築する。このソイルセメント地中連続壁の構築方法は、掘削機により、気泡剤およびベントナイトを含む掘削液を地中に吐出しながら移動して、所定範囲の地盤を掘削するステップＳ１、Ｓ２と、掘削機により、セメント系固化材および消泡剤を含む固化液を地中に吐出しながら、再度、所定範囲を移動して、掘削した地盤内にソイルセメント地中連続壁を造成するステップＳ３、Ｓ４と、を備える。【選択図】図１
