SOIL CEMENT UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a soil cement underground continuous wall construction method which improves a quality of a soil cement continuous wall and improves the workability and thereby can reduce the construction cost.SOLUTION: A soil cement underground continuous wall construction method includes an excavation step of establishing an excavation region 11 composed of mixed soil of excavation soil and a non-curable injection material by a column row type construction machine 1, and a solidification step of establishing a solidification region 22 by a horizontal multi-spindle type construction machine 2 after the excavation step, in which the excavation step provides a non-construction region 12 at a predetermined interval based on an excavation width of the horizontal multi-spindle type construction machine and establishes a mixed soil region, subjects the mixed soil region adjacent to the non-construction region to the solidification step and converts the mixed soil region into a solidification region, and then the non-construction region adjacent to the solidification region is subjected to the excavation step and the solidification step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ソイルセメント連続壁の品質を向上させるとともに、施工性を向上させることにより施工コストを低く抑えることが可能なソイルセメント地中連続壁施工法を提供すること。【解決手段】 柱列式施工機1により、掘削土と非硬化性注入材の混合土からなる掘削領域11を造成する掘削工程と、掘削工程の後に、水平多軸式施工機2により、固化領域22を造成する固化工程を有するソイルセメント地中連続壁工法であって、掘削工程により、水平多軸式施工機の掘削幅を基準とした所定の間隔の未施工領域12を設けて混合土領域を造成し、未施工領域と隣接する混合土領域に対して固化工程を行い固化領域とした後、該固化領域に隣接する未施工領域に対して、掘削工程及び固化工程を行うことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
