SOIL CEMENT UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a soil cement underground continuous wall construction method which enables construction of a good solidification body of a soil cement underground continuous wall in a shorter construction period than a conventional method.SOLUTION: A soil cement underground continuous wall construction method includes: a temporary excavation step of performing excavation while discharging a non-curable injection material from the tip of a single-shaft or multi-shaft column row type construction machine 1, and establishing a wall body made of mixed soil 11 of excavation soil and the non-curable injection material; and a final excavation and solidification step of performing final excavation while discharging and kneading a solidification material slurry to the mixed soil from the tip of a trench cutter type construction machine 2, and solidifying it and constructing a soil cement underground continuous wall 22. The excavation width by a trench cutter type construction machine is equal to or more than an excavation width by a column row type construction machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 良質なソイルセメント地中連続壁の固化体を、従来に比べてさらに短い工期で施工することができるソイルセメント地中連続壁施工法を提供すること。【解決手段】 単軸又は多軸の柱列式施工機1の先端部から、非硬化性注入材を吐出しつつ掘削を行い、掘削土と非硬化性注入材の混合土11による壁体を造成する仮掘削工程と、仮掘削工程の後に、トレンチカッター式施工機2の先端部から、混合土に固化材スラリーを吐出・混練しつつ本掘削を行い、固化させてソイルセメント地中連続壁22を構築する本掘削・固化工程を有するソイルセメント地中連続壁工法であって、トレンチカッター式施工機による掘削幅が、柱列式施工機による掘削幅以上であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
