PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect packaging materials while reducing the burden on a user accompanying the disposal of the packaging materials when the user takes out a packed item packed with the packaging materials from a locker device.SOLUTION: A deliverer stores a packed item in a storage portion of a locker device 10 selected by a user and locks the locker device (1). Thereafter, when accepting the take-out operation by the user, a door portion of the storage portion is unlocked, which allows the user to receive the packed item (2). Within a predetermined time after the receipt by the user, if a re-unlocking operation for returning the packing material is accepted, the storage portion undergoes the unlocking operation again, which allows the user to return the packing material to the storage portion (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梱包材により梱包された梱包物をロッカー装置から取り出す場合の梱包材の処分に伴う利用者の負荷を軽減しつつ、梱包材を効率良く回収することを課題とする。【解決手段】配送員は利用者により選択されたロッカー装置10の収納部に梱包物を収納して施錠する(1)。その後、利用者による取出操作を受け付けたならば、収納部の扉部を解錠して梱包物を受け取り可能とする(2)。利用者による受け取り後所定時間以内であれば、梱包材を返却するための再解錠操作を受け付けたならば、収納部を再び解錠制御し、利用者は梱包材を収納部に返却可能となる(3)。【選択図】図1
