To efficiently collect an article from a storage part.SOLUTION: A locker device 10 with a plurality of storage parts that can use the storage parts as article delivery destinations sets articles whose reception deadline is overdue after the storage in the storage parts as collection objects (a). When input of a delivery company's ID, which is identification information on the delivery company, is received, the locker device notifies that articles set as collection objects are present (b). The delivery company notified of the collection objects takes out and collects the articles set as collection objects (c), and executes an operation which is an original purpose, e.g., storage of a new article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】収納部から物品を効率よく回収すること。【解決手段】複数の収納部を有し、収納部を物品の配送先として使用可能なロッカー装置１０は、収納部に収納された後、受取期限を超過した物品を回収対象に設定する（ａ）。その後、配送業者の識別情報である配送業者ＩＤの入力を受け付けた場合に、回収対象に設定した物品が存在することを報知する（ｂ）。回収対象の報知を受けた配送業者は、回収対象に設定された物品を取り出して回収し（ｃ）、元々の目的である操作、例えば新たな物品の収納を行う。【選択図】図１
