To provide a locker management system for providing a profitable locker device, a locker management device, a locker management method and a locker management program.SOLUTION: In a locker management system comprising a locker device 1 having a plurality of storage units 10 for storing articles and a locker management device 2 for managing the locker device 1, the locker management device 2 includes: a storage unit 21 that stores an operation status of the locker device 1; and a control unit 22 that controls at least an operation of an article receiving unit for shipping or receiving by the delivery of the articles by a delivery service provider and a temporary storage unit for storing the articles in the storage units 10. The control unit 22 sets the storage unit 10 that can be operated as the article receiving unit according to the operation status of the locker device 1 stored in the storage unit 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
