METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING MAT FOUNDATION, TUBULAR FORMWORK AND MAT FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a mat foundation that can reduce workability at the site and construction costs as well as shorten the construction period, a tubular formwork used in the construction method and a foundation structure.SOLUTION: In a method of constructing a mat foundation comprising at least a concrete bottom plate, an external foundation and an internal foundation, the method of constructing the mat foundation comprises at least the steps of: exposing a reinforcing bar passed through the inside of a bottom plate upward from the surface of the bottom plate; covering the periphery of the reinforcing bar exposed upward by using a tubular formwork having an upper opening and a lower opening; forming an independent concrete block by pouring concrete into the tubular formwork and solidifying the concrete; and forming the internal foundation by providing the plurality of independent concrete blocks. Since the independent concrete block integrated with the bottom plate by the reinforcing bars is used, it is possible to form a strong internal foundation and shorten the construction period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 現場での施工性及び施工コストを抑えると共に工期を短縮できるべた基礎の施工方法、この施工方法で使用する筒状型枠及び基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のべた基礎の施工方法は、コンクリート製の底盤、外部基礎及び内部基礎を少なくとも備えるべた基礎の施工方法において、底盤の内部を通した鉄筋を当該底盤の表面から上方に露出させる工程と、上部開口及び下部開口を備える筒状型枠を用いて前記上方に露出させた鉄筋の周囲を覆う工程と、前記筒状型枠内にコンクリートを流し込んで固化させることで独立用コンクリートブロックを形成する工程と、前記独立用コンクリートブロックを複数設けることで前記内部基礎を形成する工程を少なくとも備える。鉄筋により底盤と一体化させた独立用コンクリートブロックを用いるので、強固な内部基礎を形成できると共に工期を短縮できる。【選択図】図2
