GAP FILLING SHEATH JOINT, SHEATH PIPE PATH INCLUDING THE SAME AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable cut-off performance by reducing burden for an operator in a coupling operation between sheaths in a sheath pipe path.SOLUTION: A gap filling sheath joint for connecting between sheaths having spiral-like grooves comprises, in the order, a first connection part 110 where a first cylindrical pipe part 111 and a first spiral pipe part 112 having a spiral-like projection 112a on an outer peripheral surface are placed along the pipe axial direction, a projection part 130 having an outer diameter direction protrusion 131 projected to the outer diameter direction than the spiral-like projection 112a, a corrugation pipe part 122 where plural toric projections 122a are placed on the outer peripheral surface along the pipe axial direction, and a second connection part 120 where a second cylindrical pipe part 121 spaced from the projection part 130 than the corrugation pipe part 122 is placed along the pipe axial direction. The first cylindrical pipe part 111 and the second cylindrical pipe part 121 are mounted with a first seal material 311 and a second seal material 321, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シース管路のシース同士の連結作業時に作業者への負担を軽減し安定した止水性を得る。【解決手段】螺旋状溝を有するシース同士を接続する間詰用シース継手であって、管軸方向に沿って、第1円筒状管部111と、外周面に螺旋状突起112aを有する第1螺旋管部112とが、管軸方向に配された第1連結部110と、螺旋状突起112aよりも径外方向に突出した径外方向突部131を有する突起部130と、外周面に円環状突起122aが管軸方向に複数配され波形管部122と、波形管部122よりも突起部130から離間した第2円筒状管部121とが、管軸方向に配された第2連結部120とを当該順に備え、第1円筒状管部111、第2円筒状管部121には、それぞれ第1のシール材311、第2のシール材321が取り付けられている。【選択図】図2
