PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in holding power of a suction foundation.SOLUTION: A suction foundation 100 is provided with: a first partition wall 10 with an opened bottom comprising a first ceiling on which a windmill 40 is installed and a first peripheral wall connected to the first ceiling ; a second partition wall 20 with an opened bottom comprising a second ceiling which is arranged inside of the first partition wall 10 and spaced apart from the first partition wall 10, and a second peripheral wall connected to the second ceiling ; and a connection 30 connecting the first partition wall 10 and the second wall 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
