DRAIN PIPE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe structure capable of improving conveyance performance.SOLUTION: The drain pipe structure 1 discharging waste water from a toilet bowl comprises a vertical pipe portion 2 having 75 mm of nominal diameter and connected to the toilet bowl. A downstream side of the vertical pipe portion 2 is connected with a first elbow 3 having 75 mm of nominal diameter and bending by about 90 degrees. A downstream side of the first elbow 3 is connected with a second elbow 4 having 75 mm of nominal diameter and bending by about 90 degrees in a nearly horizontal direction. The first elbow 3 includes a rectification portion 15 of a substantially V-shape in a cross-sectional view on an inner peripheral surface, and a V-shape angle of the rectification portion 15 is 90 to 110 degrees. In the drain pipe structure 1, conveyance performance can be improved by utilizing driving force of rear water in the rear of conveyed objects because reduction in potential energy is suppressed by inhibiting occurrence of turbulence and the conveyed objects spread in the width direction in the pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】搬送性能を向上できる排水管構造を提供する。【解決手段】便器から排水を排出する排水管構造1である。便器に接続する呼び径75mmの縦管部2を備える。また、この縦管部2の下流側に略90度屈曲する呼び径75mmの第1エルボ3を接続する。この第1エルボ3の下流側に略水平方向に略90度屈曲する呼び径75mmの第2エルボ4を接続する。第1エルボ3は、内周面に断面視で略V字状の整流部15を有する。この整流部15は、V字角度が90度以上110度以下である。そして、排水管構造1では、乱流の発生を抑止し位置エネルギーの低下を抑制するとともに、配管内で搬送物が幅方向に広がるため、搬送物の後方の後方水の推進力を利用して、搬送性能を向上できる。【選択図】図1
