PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a difficulty in laying a tile on a floor surface, when an odd portion remains.SOLUTION: A tile laying method includes the following steps for: temporarily laying a tile to cover a portion where the tile may be laid without cutting; moving another tile along a side edge of the laid tile so as to cover a portion not yet covered by the tile, and drawing a line on a tile already placed temporarily along an opposite side of the side edge of the laid tile that has been moved; placing temporarily the tile on which the line has been drawn at a different location; placing the tile on a portion in contact with the tile on which the line has been drawn, in a vicinity of the temporarily placed tile; moving the other tile along the line drawn on the tile, and cutting the tile along the opposite side of the line; removing the cut tile on outside; and returning the tiles other than the removed tile on the tile laying surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 タイルを床面等に敷き詰めるのは、半端な部分が残った場合には非常に難しい。【解決手段】 タイルを切断せずそのまま敷設できる所まで仮置きする、タイルが敷設されていない部分を覆うように、敷設端辺に沿って別のタイルを移動させて、その移動させたタイルの敷設端辺と反対側に沿ってすでに仮置きしたタイルに線を引く、線を引いたタイルを別の場所に仮り置きする、仮り置きしたタイルの周囲で、線を引いたタイルに接する部分にタイルを置く、タイルに引いた線に沿って、別のタイルを移動させて、その線と反対側に沿ってタイルを裁断する、裁断した外側のタイルを除去する、除去したもの以外のタイルを被敷設面に戻すもの。【選択図】 図３
