PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitation washing device capable of preventing dirt from adhering to a surface of a bowl part of a toilet bowl without causing an unpleasant feeling to a user.SOLUTION: A sanitation washing device 10 includes: a sprayer 20 that ejects water to a surface of a bowl part 2 of a toilet bowl 1; a movable shutter 17 that is movable between a closed position and an open position and prevents water ejected from the sprayer 20 in the open position from splashing to an upper surface side of the toilet bowl 1; and a hip washing nozzle 15 and a bidet nozzle 16 capable of advancing/retracting and ejecting liquid to a target body area. The shutter 17 moves between the closed position and open position in conjunction with an advancing/retracting movement of a cylinder part 15s of the hip washing nozzle 15 and a cylinder part 16s of the bidet nozzle 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
