STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING EXTERIOR WALL TILE EXFOLIATION AND ALICYCLIC POLYAMINE USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for preventing exterior wall tile exfoliation, which can prevent exfoliation of tiles attached to a concrete outer skin of an architectural structure without damaging a design of the tiles, and alicyclic polyamine used therefor.SOLUTION: A exterior wall tile exfoliation prevention structure 20 is established by following processes: an anchor pin 4 is fixed to a concrete skeleton 1 by hammering the anchor pin 4 in an exterior wall tile surface 3 or a joint 7; a silicon acryl resin primer 8 containing an amino group-containing acryl resin and epoxysilane is applied to a head 4b of the anchor pin 4 and the exterior wall tile surface 3 and the joint 7 to form a transparent primer layer; a transparent reinforcing layer 9 is formed on the transparent primer layer by applying a transparent polyurea resin paint material that contains non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer with 5 to 10 NCO weight%, alicyclic polyamine, a reinforcing fiber, a light stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber; and a transparent protective layer 10 is formed on the transparent reinforcing layer 9 by applying an acrylic silicon resin paint material containing the light stabilizer and the ultraviolet absorber.
【課題】建築物のコンクリート外皮に貼付けられたタイルの意匠性を損なうことなく、該タイルの剥落を防止することができる外壁タイル剥落防止構造及び外壁タイル剥落防止工法及びこれらに使用する脂環式ポリアミンを提供する。【解決手段】外壁タイル３面又は目地７にアンカーピン４を打込んでアンカーピン４をコンクリート躯体１に固着し，該アンカーピン４の頭部４ｂ及び外壁タイル３面及び目地７に、アミノ基含有アクリル樹脂とエポキシシランを含むシリコンアクリル樹脂プライマー８を塗付して透明プライマー層を形成し、この上にＮＣＯ重量％が５〜１０重量％の無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマーと脂環式ポリアミンと補強繊維と光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤を含む透明なポリウレア樹脂塗材を塗付して透明補強層９を形成し，この上に光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤を含むアクリルシリコン樹脂塗材を塗付して透明保護層１０を形成した外壁タイル剥落防止構造２０とする。【選択図】図１
