STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING EXTERIOR WALL TILE EXFOLIATION, AND ALICYCLIC POLYAMINE USED THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and method for preventing exterior wall tile exfoliation without distracting design of tiles bonded on a building, along with alicyclic polyamine used therewith.SOLUTION: A structure 20 for preventing exterior wall tile exfoliation is formed in the following steps for: driving an anchor pin 4 into an exterior wall tile 3 surface or a joint 7 and fixing the anchor pin 4 to a concrete frame 1; applying an acrylic resin that includes an amino group and a silicone acrylic resin primer containing epoxysilane onto a head part 4b of the anchor pin 4, the exterior wall tile 3 surface and the joint 7, for forming a clear primer layer 8; applying a clear polyurea resin coating containing non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer of which NCO wt.% is 5 to 10 wt.%, alicyclic polyamine, clear short reinforcing fiber, hydrophilic fine powder of silica, rheology control agent, light stabilizer, and ultraviolet absorber for forming a clear reinforcing layer 9; and applying an acrylic silicone resin containing a light stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber for forming a clear protective layer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物に貼付けられたタイルの意匠性を損なうことなく剥落を防止する外壁タイル剥落防止構造及び外壁タイル剥落防止工法及びこれらに使用する脂環式ポリアミンを提供する。【解決手段】外壁タイル３面又は目地７にアンカーピン４を打ち込んでアンカーピン４をコンクリート躯体１に固着し，該アンカーピン４の頭部４ｂ及び外壁タイル３面及び目地７に、アミノ基含有アクリル樹脂とエポキシシランを含むシリコンアクリル樹脂プライマーを塗付して透明プライマー層８を形成し、ＮＣＯ重量％が５〜１０重量％の無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマーと脂環式ポリアミンと透明補強短繊維と親水性微粉シリカとレオロジーコントロール剤と光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤を含む透明なポリウレア樹脂塗材を塗付して透明補強層９を形成し、光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤を含むアクリルシリコン樹脂塗材を塗付して透明保護層１０を形成した外壁タイル剥落防止構造２０である。【選択図】図１
