SLEEVE PIPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THROUGH HOLE USING SLEEVE PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve pipe capable of simplifying a manufacturing work and a removing work by using only a single sleeve pipe body having a slit, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sleeve pipe and a manufacturing method of a through hole using the sleeve pipe.SOLUTION: A sleeve pipe 1 having a sleeve pipe body 10 made of a synthetic resin and used for forming a through hole in a concrete wall to be cast and placed. A slit 11 of the sleeve pipe body 10 is closed in a state in which a radially outward end 21 of a steel flat bar 2 extending over an entire axial direction of the sleeve pipe body 10 is press-fitted so as to expand the sleeve pipe body 10. A support legs 3 is provided which is installed in the circumferential wall of the sleeve pipe body 10 so as to be able to fall down in a state in which the ends are erected so as to face the slit 11 at both end parts in the axial direction thereof. Then, the flat bar 2 in a state in which the slit 11 is closed is held in a state in which a radially inner end part 22 is inserted through a concave part 311 recessed in the tip of each support leg 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スリットを有する単独のスリーブ管本体のみを用い、製造作業及び取り外し作業の簡単化を図ることができるスリーブ管及びその製造方法並びにスリーブ管を用いた貫通孔の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】打設造形されるコンクリート壁に貫通孔を形成する際に用いられる合成樹脂製のスリーブ管本体10を備えたスリーブ管1を前提とする。スリーブ管本体10のスリット11を、スリーブ管本体10の軸線方向全域に亘る鋼製のフラットバー2の半径方向外方側端部21がスリーブ管本体10を拡径させるように圧入された状態で閉止する。スリーブ管本体10の周壁内部に、その軸線方向の両端部において先端がスリット11に向かうように起立した状態で倒伏可能に設置された支持脚3を設ける。そして、スリット11を閉止した状態のフラットバー2を、各支持脚3の先端に凹設した凹部311に半径方向内方側端部22を挿通した状態で保持している。【選択図】図1
