METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FOUNDATION PILE WHOSE PILE HEAD IS REINFORCED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a foundation pile whose pile head can be reinforced securely.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a step of inserting into a ground a lower pile 11 of a foundation pile to which an annular plate 30 is attached such that the head of the foundation pile remains on a ground surface; a step of covering the head of the lower pile 11 with an outer pipe 20 while inserting the head into a center hole 22 of a bottom slab 21; a step of inserting the outer pipe 20 into the ground, which is followed by connecting a first follower pile 90 onto the head of the outer pipe 20 that remains on the ground surface to insert the outer pipe 20 up to a predetermined depth such that the head of the outer pipe 20 is located in the ground; a step of connecting an upper pile 12 onto the head of the lower pile 11 to insert the foundation pile into the ground, which is followed by detachably connecting a second follower pile onto the head of the upper pile 12 to further insert the foundation pile up to a predetermined depth such that the head of the upper pile 12 is located within a space of the second follower pile and the lower end of the lower pile 11 reaches the ground; and a step of filling a space between the inner periphery of the outer pipe 20 and the outer periphery of the upper pile 12 with flowable solidification material and embedding a nonslip member 14 in the flowable solidification material to form a reinforced body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基礎杭の杭頭部を確実に補強することが出来る、基礎杭の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】円環板30を取り付けた基礎杭の下杭11を頭部が地表に残るように地盤に貫入させる工程と、底板21の中心穴22を挿通させて、下杭11の頭部に外管20を被せる工程と、外管20を地盤に貫入させ、次いで地表に残った外管20の頭部に第1雇い杭90を連結して外管20の頭部が地盤中に位置するように外管20を所定深度まで貫入させる工程と、下杭11の頭部に上杭12を連結して基礎杭を地盤に貫入させ、次いで上杭12の頭部に第2雇い杭を着脱可能に連結して上杭12の頭部が空間部に位置し、下杭11の下端部が地盤に達するように基礎杭を更に所定深度まで貫入させる工程と、外管20の内周と上杭12の外周との間の空間部に流動性固化材を充填し、すべり止め部材14を該流動性固化材中に埋めて補強体を形成する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
