MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OUTER WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an outer wall panel which can prevent a fall of a decoration panel from a substrate panel.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an outer wall panel comprises: a process for preparing a substrate panel 10; a process for preparing a ceramic plate 20 in which a recessed hole 24 is formed at a rear surface 23; a metal fixture preparation process for preparing a decoration-side metal fixture 31 having a first shape which is regulated in insertion into the hole 24 facing a direction orthogonal to the rear surface 23, and elastically deformable from the first shape to a second shape which is permitted in insertion into the hole 24 facing the direction; a locking process for locking the decoration-side metal fixture 31 to the ceramic plate 20 by inserting the decoration-side metal fixture 31 which is elastic]ally deformed from the first shape to the second shape into the hole 24 toward the direction; and a pasting process for locking a substrate-side metal fixture 32 which is pasted to the decoration-side metal fixture 31 to the substrate panel 10, and pasting a surface 10A of the substrate panel 10 to the rear surface 23 of the ceramic plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下地パネルからの化粧パネルの脱落を防止可能な外壁パネルを効率的に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】外壁パネルの製造方法は、下地パネル10を準備する工程と、裏面23に凹状の孔24が設けられた陶板20を準備する工程と、裏面23と直交する方向に向けた孔24への挿入が規制される第1形状を有すると共に、第1形状から、当該方向に向けた孔24への挿入が許容される第2形状へ弾性変形可能な化粧側金具31を準備する金具準備工程と、第1形状から第2形状へ弾性変形させた化粧側金具31を、当該方向に向かって孔24に挿入することにより、化粧側金具31を陶板20に係止させる係止工程と、化粧側金具31に取り付けられた下地側金具32を下地パネル10に係止させると共に、下地パネル10の表面10Aと陶板20の裏面23とを貼り合わせる貼合工程と、を備える。【選択図】図2
