MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet which has high waterproofness and moisture permeability, has high strength and is excellent in durability, and can be inexpensively and quickly produced.SOLUTION: A moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 1 has a moisture-permeable adhesive layer 20 which is a film formed by a hot-melt adhesive containing a moisture-permeable resin and is water droplet non-permeable and non-woven sheets 10 and 30 bonded to both surfaces thereof, in which the moisture-permeable resin contains a cured product of a reactive urethane prepolymer having a non-blocked isocyanate group; and a method for producing the same includes a heating step of heating a hot-melt adhesive containing a moisture-permeable resin containing a reactive urethane prepolymer, a film formation step of coating the hot-melt adhesive onto a first non-woven sheet to form a moisture permeable adhesive non-cured film, a lamination step of overlapping a second non-woven sheet thereon, and a crimping step of applying a pressure to the laminate, and cures a hot-melt adhesive by the moisture through the heating step to the crimping step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い防水性と透湿性とを有するとともに高強度で耐久性に優れ、安価で速やかに製造できる透湿防水シート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透湿防水シート１は、透湿性樹脂を含むホットメルト接着剤で形成されたフィルムであり水滴非透過の透湿接着層２０と、それの両面に接着している不織シート１０，３０とを、有しており、透湿性樹脂が非ブロック化イソシアネート基を有する反応性ウレタンプレポリマーの硬化物を含んでいるものであり、それの製造方法は、反応性ウレタンプレポリマーを含有している透湿性樹脂を含むホットメルト接着剤の加熱工程と、ホットメルト接着剤を第１不織シートに塗布して透湿接着未硬化膜を形成する膜形成工程と、そこに第２不織シートを重ねる積層工程と、それからなる積層体に圧力を付す圧着工程とを、有しており、加熱工程から圧着工程を通じて前記水分によりホットメルト接着剤を硬化させるというものである。【選択図】図１
