MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet which has high waterproofness and moisture permeability and has high strength and excellent durability, and can be inexpensively and quickly produced, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 1 has non-woven sheets 10 and 30 on both surfaces of a moisture-permeable adhesive layer 20, which has water droplet non-permeable and moisture-permeable gap, holes and/or fused portion 21b made of non-woven fibers 21 formed of a hot-melt adhesive containing a moisture-permeable resin and has adhesiveness by the hot-melt adhesive, with the partial fused portion 21b of the moisture-permeable adhesive layer 20. A method for producing the same includes: heating and melting a hot-melt adhesive and spraying the adhesive onto a first non-woven sheet to form a hot web formed by overlapping the non-woven fibers; and overlapping a second non-woven sheet on the hot web to a laminate formed of the first non-woven sheet, the hot web and the second non-woven sheet, subjecting the laminate to thermal compression bonding, fusing the non-woven fibers while crushing the fibers and pressure-bonding the first and second non-woven sheets to the hot web to form a moisture-permeable adhesive layer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い防水性と透湿性とを有するとともに高強度で耐久性に優れ、安価で速やかに製造できる透湿防水シート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透湿防水シート１は、透湿性樹脂を含むホットメルト接着剤で形成された不織繊維２１による水滴非透過性で透湿性の間隙、多孔及び／又は融着部位２１ｂを有しホットメルト接着剤による接着性を有する透湿接着層２０の両面に、不織シート１０，３０が透湿接着層２０の一部の融着部位２１ｂで夫々融着しているものであり、その製造方法は、ホットメルト接着剤を熱溶融し、これを第１不織シートに吹き付けて不織繊維同士を重ねたホットウェブを形成し、これに第２不織シートを重ね、第１不織シート、ホットウェブ、及び第２不織シートからなる積層体に熱圧着加工を施して不織繊維を押し潰しながらそれら同士を融着させつつ第１及び第２不織シートをホットウェブに圧着して透湿接着層２０を形成するものである。【選択図】図１
