APPARATUS FOR CUTTING EXISTING CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting an existing concrete floor slab, which enables concrete and a displacement stopper on an upper flange of an existing main girder to be concurrently cut in a direction almost parallel to a top surface of the upper flange of the existing main girder by using a wire saw, while minimizing damage to the existing main girder.SOLUTION: An apparatus for cutting an existing concrete floor slab includes an endless wire saw 30, and a guide member 40 for guiding the vicinity of a top surface of an upper flange 104A of an existing main girder 104, above which the existing concrete floor slab is arranged, so that the wire saw 30 can advance in a direction almost parallel to the top surface of the upper flange 104A while keeping a predetermined distance above the top surface of the upper flange 104A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設主桁に与える損傷を極力少なくしつつ、ワイヤーソーを用いて、既設主桁の上フランジ上のコンクリートとずれ止めを既設主桁の上フランジの上面と略平行な方向に同時に切断することができる既設コンクリート床版の切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】無端状のワイヤーソー３０と、既設コンクリート床版が上方に配置されている既設主桁１０４の上フランジ１０４Ａの上面近傍を、該上フランジ１０４Ａの上面から上方に所定の距離を保って、該上フランジ１０４Ａの上面と略平行な方向に前記ワイヤーソー３０が進むように案内するガイド部材４０と、を有する。【選択図】図１
