HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-required increasing in flow rate of a hydraulic pump under a load sensing control when a lowering operation caused by dead weight dropping of a working element to reduce consumption energy of the hydraulic pump and at the same time to reduce a meter-in loss caused by metering pressure loss not required at a pressure compensation valve related to another actuator when the hydraulic cylinder for driving the working element becomes a high load pressure side when a complex operation is carried out and to promote a high efficiency operation at a hydraulic transmission for a construction machine for performing a load sensing control provided with a regeneration valve.SOLUTION: There is provided a regeneration circuit 62 and there are provided a first changeover valve 73 and a second changeover valve 74 for shutting off a hydraulic oil feeding passage 105a for feeding hydraulic oil from a main pump 101 to a boom cylinder when a pilot operating pressure a2 is more than a first set value and a pressure at a bottom side of a boom cylinder 3a is more than a second set value and for communicating a load pressure detecting circuit 42a for the boom cylinder 3a with a tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】再生弁を含む再生回路を備えたロードセンシング制御を行う建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、作業要素の自重落下による下げ動作時にロードセンシング制御による油圧ポンプの不必要な流量増加を防止して油圧ポンプの消費エネルギーの低減を図るとともに、複合動作時にその作業要素を駆動する油圧シリンダが高負荷圧側となる場合に他のアクチュエータに係わる圧力補償弁での不必要な絞り圧損によるメータイン損失を低減し、高効率化を図る。【解決手段】再生回路62を設け、かつパイロット操作圧a2が第1設定値以上でありかつブームシリンダ3aのボトム側の圧力が第2設定値以上であるときに、メインポンプ101からブームシリンダに圧油を供給する圧油供給路105aを遮断しかつブームシリンダ3aの負荷圧検出回路42aをタンクに連通させる第1及び第2切換弁73,74を設ける。【選択図】図1
