HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transmission of construction equipment capable of preventing the cavitation from occurring during the travel on a down grade while preventing the aggravation of fuel consumption during revolution, front drive, and travel on the uphill.SOLUTION: A hydraulic transmission of construction equipment comprises: an electromagnetic valve 18 provided in a discharge oil passage 13 for discharging the hydraulic fluid discharged from a plurality of directional control valves 3b to 3d to a tank 11 and being switchable between an open position 18a opening the discharge oil passage and a contraction position 18b contracting the discharge oil passage; running state detection devices 17 and 14 for detecting the running condition of a lower structure; and a control device 40 that determines whether the running condition of the lower structure detected by the running state detection devices is in the down grade running state, in which when determines the down grade running state, the control device switches the electromagnetic valve to the contraction position, when determines in no down grade running state, the control device switches the electromagnetic valve to the open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】旋回・フロント駆動時及び上り坂走行時の燃費悪化を防止しつつ、下り坂走行時のキャビテーションの発生を防止することができる建設機械の油圧駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の方向制御弁3b〜3dから排出された作動油をタンク11に排出する排出油路13に設けられ、前記排出油路を開放する開放位置18aと前記排出油路を絞る絞り位置18bとに切り換えられる電磁弁18と、下部走行体の走行状態を検出する走行状態検出装置17,14と、前記走行状態検出装置で検出された前記下部走行体の走行状態が下り坂走行状態であるか否かを判定し、下り坂走行状態であると判定した場合は、前記電磁弁を絞り位置側に切り換え、下り坂走行状態でないと判定した場合は、前記電磁弁を開放位置側に切り換える制御装置40とを備える。【選択図】図2
