MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor ensuring high reliability without impairing sinterability of a side margin part.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a lamination part and a side margin part. The lamination part has multiple ceramic layers laminated in a first direction, and internal electrodes placed between the multiple ceramic layers. The side margin part covers the lamination part from a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and has rare-earth element concentration and vanadium concentration higher than those in the central part of the multiple ceramic layers in the second direction. In the multilayer ceramic capacitor, high reliability can be obtained without impairing sinterability of the side margin part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】サイドマージン部の焼結性を損なわずに高い信頼性が得られる積層セラミックコンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】積層セラミックコンデンサは、積層部と、サイドマージン部と、を具備する。上記積層部は、第1方向に積層された複数のセラミック層と、上記複数のセラミック層の間に配置された内部電極と、を有する。上記サイドマージン部は、上記第1方向に直交する第2方向から上記積層部を覆い、上記複数のセラミック層の上記第2方向の中央部よりも希土類元素濃度及びバナジウム濃度が高い。この積層セラミックコンデンサでは、サイドマージン部の焼結性を損なわずに高い信頼性が得られる。【選択図】図4
