ROLLING COMPACTION VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling compaction vehicle with which a worker can recognize the turning angle of the rolling wheel while remaining seated in the driver seat when performing oil related maintenance on the exciter, and with which the turning angle of the rolling wheel can be easily and quickly adjusted.SOLUTION: A rolling wheel 2 is supported from a vehicle body 4 by an arm 4a, and a vibration exciting shaft 30 and the like are provided in a storage chamber 29 defined in the interior thereof to store oil. A drain/oil quantity inspection hole 36 and an oil supply hole 37 are passed through the eccentric position on a left side wall 16 of the rolling wheel 2, with an oil supply/oil quantity inspection marker 44 and a drain marker 45 provided on the left end of the roller wheel 2 being visually observable by a worker. With the drain/oil quantity inspection hole 36 positioned at the normal oil level position by rotating the rolling wheel 2, each marker 44 and 45 is set such that the oil supply/oil quantity inspection marker 44 is ground-contacted when the oil supply hole 37 reaches the uppermost position (oil supply/oil quantity inspection position), and the drain marker 45 is ground-contacted when the drain/oil quantity inspection hole 36 reaches the lowermost position (drain position).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】起振装置のオイルに関するメンテナンスを実施する際に、作業者が運転席に着座したまま転圧輪の回転角度を認識でき、容易且つ迅速に転圧輪の回転角度を調整できる転圧車両を提供する。【解決手段】車体4からアーム4aを介して転圧輪2を支持し、その内部に画成した貯留室29内に起振軸30等を設けてオイルを貯留する。転圧輪2の左側壁16の偏心位置にドレン・油量点検孔36及び給油孔37を貫設し、作業者が目視可能な転圧輪2の左端に給油・油量点検マーカー44及びドレンマーカー45を設ける。転圧輪2の回転によりドレン・油量点検孔36が正規の油面レベルの位置に、給油孔37が最上位置になると給油・油量点検マーカー44が接地し(給油・油量点検位置)、ドレン・油量点検孔36が最下位置になるとドレンマーカー45が接地するように(ドレン位置)、各マーカー44,45を位置設定する。【選択図】図4
