PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking facility capable of parking vehicles with car stops in the case of parking vehicles in the parking space using a parking support device, whereas in the case of no parking vehicles in the parking space, capable of making it easy to utilize the parking space effectively.SOLUTION: A parking space 15 is provided in a part of a building 10 and a parking assistance device is mounted on a vehicle 14. Upon parking of the vehicle 14, the parking assistance device recognizes a lane mark 37 provided on a floor portion 29 and guides the vehicle 14 to parking positions 17a and 17b in the parking space 15 on the basis of the lane mark 37. The parking facility includes car stop devices 32a and 32b provided on the floor portion 29. The car stop devices 32a and 32b have a lifting and lowering part 42. By ascending and descending, the lifting and lowering part 42 can be shifted to a retreat state in which the whole is accommodated in the accommodating recess, and a car stop state in which a projecting portion 43 protrudes above the floor surface of the floor portion 29 becoming a car stopper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】駐車支援装置を用いて車両を駐車スペースに駐車させる際には車止めを用いて車両を駐車させることができる一方、駐車スペースに車両が駐車されていない場合には駐車スペースを有効利用し易くすることができる駐車設備を提供する。【解決手段】建物１０の一部には駐車スペース１５が設けられ、車両１４には駐車支援装置が搭載されている。駐車支援装置は、車両１４の駐車に際し、床部２９上に設けられる区画線３７を認識し、その区画線３７に基づいて車両１４を駐車スペース１５内の駐車位置１７ａ，１７ｂへ誘導する。駐車設備は、床部２９に設けられた車止め装置３２ａ，３２ｂを備える。車止め装置３２ａ，３２ｂは、昇降部４２を有している。昇降部４２は、昇降することにより、全体が収容凹部に収容される退避状態と、床部２９の床面よりも上方に突出しその突出部分４３が車止めとなる車止め状態とに移行可能となっている。【選択図】 図７
