To provide a parking facility in which a sheet above a parking lot can be automatically expanded and contracted when a vehicle enters or exits from the parking lot and the vehicle can be covered with the sheet from above only when the vehicle is parked.SOLUTION: A parking facility 1 comprises: sheet expanding/contracting means which can move a sheet 6 arranged above a parking space 2 in a direction to cover the parking space 2 from above and in a direction to uncover the parking space; a step board 33 which is arranged on a ground surface in the parking space 2 and on which a wheel of a vehicle is placed; and expansion/contraction control means which drives the sheet expanding/contracting means to move the sheet 6 to cover the parking space 2 from above when the wheel is placed on the step board 33, and also drives the sheet expanding/contracting means to move the sheet 6 to uncover the parking space 2 when the wheel on the step board 33 moves down from the step board 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
