STEEL SHEET PILE COMPRISING STRUCTURE IN WHICH BOLT IS HARDLY BROKEN, OR ANTI-CORROSIVE STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet pile comprising a structure in which a bolt is hardly broken even by a collision of driftage such as driftwood and floating ice or an influence of waves, or an anti-corrosive structure of a steel pipe sheet pile.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosive structure is formed on a surface of a steel sheet pile or a steel pipe sheet pile, which constitutes a part of an existing structure. An anti-corrosion metal plate includes a body part for covering a trapezoidal cross-section body part of the steel sheet pile or a semi-circular cross-section body part of the steel pipe sheet pile, and a flat part that is formed at the margin of the body part. Fixing means includes a fixing plate that is fixed to the steel sheet pile or the steel pipe sheet pile, a bolt that is fixed to the fixing plate, and a nut that is screwed to the bolt. Additionally, it has a through-hole through which the tip of the bolt is passed, and a protective member capable of covering the tip. After the tip is passed through the through-hole of the protective member, the nut is screwed to the tip so that it can be fixed to the surface of the steel sheet pile or the steel pipe sheet pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流木や流氷のような漂流物の衝突または波浪の影響によってもボルトが破損し難い構造を備える鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の防食構造体の提供。【解決手段】既設構造物の一部である鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の表面に形成する防食構造体であって、耐食性金属板は鋼矢板の断面台形状の本体部分または前記鋼管矢板の断面半円形状の本体部分を覆う本体部と、本体部の辺縁に形成された平坦部とを含み、固定手段は鋼矢板または鋼管矢板に固定される固定板と、固定板に固定されたボルトと、ボルトと螺合するナットとを含み、さらにボルトの先端部が通過する貫通孔と、先端部を覆うことができる保護部材を有し、先端部に保護部材の貫通孔を通過させた後、ナットを先端部と螺合させることで鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の表面に固定される、防食構造体。【選択図】図2
