ANTI-CORROSIVE STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-corrosive structure which can adhere closely to a steel pipe sheet pile even when the degree of a constructor's skill is low during placement or even when corrosion wastage occurs after the placement, and which is hardly damaged by a collision of driftage such as driftwood and floating ice or an external force of waves and the like because it has no flange part.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosive structure 2, which is formed on a surface of a steel pipe sheet pile 1 constituting a part of an existing structure, includes at least an anti-corrosive layer 25 and an anti-corrosive metal plate 3, and fixing means 4 for fixing them to the steel pipe sheet pile 1. The anti-corrosive metal plate 3 includes a body part 36 that has a bellows structure 361 provided in at least a part for covering a semicircular cross-section body part of the steel pipe sheet pile 1, and a flat part 37 that is formed at the margin of the body part 36. The bellows structure 361 is contracted during and after placement to adhere closely to the surface of the steel pipe sheet pile 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打設時において施工者の熟練の程度等が低かったとしても、また、打設後に腐食による減肉が生じても、防食構造体を鋼管矢板へ密着させることができ、さらに、フランジ部がないために流木や流氷のような漂流物の衝突や波浪等の外力による損傷を受け難い防食構造体の提供。【解決手段】既設構造物の一部である鋼管矢板1の表面に形成する、少なくとも防食層25および耐食性金属板3ならびにこれらを鋼管矢板1に固定する固定手段4を含む防食構造体2であって、耐食性金属板3は、鋼管矢板1の断面半円形状の本体部分を覆う少なくとも一部に蛇腹構造361を備える本体部36と、本体部36の辺縁に形成された平坦部37とを含み、打設時および打設後において蛇腹構造361が収縮することで、鋼管矢板1の表面に密着するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
