REPAIR METHOD OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of a building for constructing a new CFT column by utilizing effectively the structure of the CFT column and tightly rejoining cut ends of an existing CFT column portion remaining on upper and lower sides of a cutting portion.SOLUTION: A repair method of a building in which existing CFT columns in an existing building are cut and cut ends of existing CFT column portions 2, 3 remaining above and below a cutting portion are directly or indirectly rejoined to construct a new CFT column. The new CFT column is constructed by performing: a space forming step of forming grout filling spaces 2a, 3a between ends of the upper and lower CFT column portions 2, 3 to be rejoined; a welding step of welding steel pipes 7 at the ends of the upper and lower CFT column portions 2, 3 after the space forming step; and a grout filling step of filling the grout filling spaces 2a, 3a with grout after the welding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
