BUILDING REPAIR METHOD
To provide a building repair method capable of changing the height of a floor structure part inside the building leaving the roof part, while protecting the roof part from displacement, deformation or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method for repairing a part situated immediately below the roof part 3 inside a building. A temporary support structure 5 for transferring the load of a roof part 3 to non-cut poles 12 of both outward sides is constructed; after the construction of the temporary support structure 5, a pole 11 to be cut supporting the roof part 3 between the non-cut poles 12 on both outward sides is cut from the part immediately below in a reconnectable state; after the cutting of the pole 11 to be cut, the part immediately below is repaired; the pole 11 to be cut is reconnected to the part immediately below after the repair; and after the reconnection of the pole 11 to be cut, the temporary support structure 5 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】屋根部分に変位や変形等が生じるのを抑制しながら建物内部にて屋根部分を残して床構造部の高さを変更することができる建物改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物内部における屋根部分3の直下に位置する直下部分を改修する屋根部分3の荷重を外方両側の非切断柱12に伝達させる仮設支持構造5を構築し、仮設支持構造5の構築後、外方両側の非切断柱12の間で屋根部分3を支持する切断対象柱11を再接続可能な状態で直下部分から切断し、切断対象柱11の切断後、直下部分を改修して、その改修後の直下部分に切断対象柱11を再接続し、切断対象柱11の再接続後、仮設支持構造5を撤去する。【選択図】図3
