BUILDING REPAIR METHOD
To provide a building repair method capable of changing the height of floor structure parts of multiple floors at a low cost and in a short construction period by utilizing existing floor structure parts and an existing skeleton supporting the same.SOLUTION: A building repair method for changing the height of a floor structure part 2 without changing the height of a roof structure part 3 in an existing skeleton K of a building has a batch floor height changing process of removing the floor structure parts 2 of multiple floors, whose height is to be changed, from the existing skeleton K while including a pole 1 coupling the floor structure parts each other, moving them by batch along a height direction and fixing them again to the existing skeleton K at a destination height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既存の床構造部とそれを支持する既存躯体をそのまま利用して、数階の床構造部の高さを低コスト且つ短工期で変更することのできる建物改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物の既存躯体Kにおいて屋根構造部3の高さを変更せずに床構造部2の高さを変更する建物改修方法であって、高さ変更対象の複数階の床構造部2を、互いを連結する柱1を含めたまま、既存躯体Kから切り離して一括で高さ方向に沿って移動させて移動先の高さで既存躯体Kに再固定する一括床高さ変更工程を有する。【選択図】図4
