PIPING STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING, AND PIPING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for a building which is relatively simplified, improves workability and further improves waterproofness, at low cost.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a piping structure for a building 1 comprising: a sheath pipe 3 which is embedded so as to be opened inside and outside of the building 1 through a foundation 2 of the building 1; and a piping part 6 which is guided from an inner side 4 of the building 1 through the sheath pipe 3 to an outer side 5 of the building 1. The sheath pipe 3 includes a horizontal part 11 and a rising part 12 that obliquely rises from the horizontal part 11. An end of the sheath pipe 3 outside of the building 1 is opened on the ground, and an end of the sheath pipe 3 inside of the building 1 is opened at a higher position than the opening outside of the building 1. A portion of the piping part 6 inserted into the sheath pipe 3 includes at least either piping 14 or wiring 15. A gap between the sheath pipe 3 and the piping part 6 is made waterproof at least at a position of the end of the sheath pipe 3 outside of the building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に、比較的構造が簡単で施工性が良く、しかも、防水性の高い建物の配管構造を安価に得ることなどができるようにする。【解決手段】建物1の基礎2を貫通して建物1の内外に開口するように埋設されたさや管3と、建物1の内部4からさや管3を通して建物1の外部5へ導かれる配管部6と、を備えた建物1の配管構造に関する。さや管3が、水平部11と水平部11から斜めに立ち上がる立ち上がり部12とを備える。さや管3の建物1の外側の端部が地上で開口し、さや管3の建物1の内側の端部が、建物1の外側の開口よりも高い位置で開口される。配管部6のさや管3に挿通される部分が、配管14または配線15の少なくとも一方を有している。さや管3と配管部6との隙間が、少なくともさや管3における建物1の外側の端部の位置で防水されている。【選択図】図1
