SAND COLLECTION METHOD FOR SEDIMENTATION BASIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable earth and sand accumulated on the bottom face of a sedimentation basin from being flowed efficiently without remaining in a vicinity of the side wall of the sedimentation basin in a sand collection method for flowing earth and sand accumulated on the bottom face of the sedimentation basin by spraying low-pressure water out of a nozzle in a state (drain state) that the water of the sedimentation basin is drained.SOLUTION: In a sand collection method for flowing earth and sand accumulated on the bottom face of the sedimentation basin into a trough provided on the bottom of the sedimentation basin inclined downward in a trough direction from the side wall by spraying low-pressure water out of a nozzle provided in a vicinity of the side wall of the sedimentation basin in a drain state of the sedimentation basin, a nozzle is so provided that the spraying direction may leave the side wall in the trough direction to keep the inclination angle of the bottom face of the sedimentation basin to a horizontal face at 30 degrees or less, and the incident angle of the spraying water to the bottom face of the sedimentation basin at a range of 30-60 degrees, and a landing point of the spraying water to the bottom face is made close to the side wall side to shunt the spraying water out of the nozzle into the trough direction and the side wall direction at the landing point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】沈砂池の水を排出した状態(排水状態)でノズルから低圧力水を噴射して、沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂をトラフに流す集砂方法において、沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂を沈砂池の側壁近傍に残留させることなく効率良く流すことができるようにする。【解決手段】沈砂池の排水状態で、沈砂池の側壁の近傍に設けたノズルから低圧力水を前記側壁からトラフ方向に下り傾斜する沈砂池の底面に噴射して、前記沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂を前記沈砂池の底部に設けたトラフに流す沈砂池の集砂方法において、ノズルをその噴射方向が側壁からトラフ方向に離れるように設け、沈砂池の底面の水平面に対する傾斜角度を30度以下とし、噴射水の沈砂池の底面に対する入射角度を30〜60度の範囲とし、かつ、噴射水の底面に対する着地点を側壁側に接近させて、ノズルからの噴射水を着地点においてトラフ方向と前記側壁方向に分流させるようにした。【選択図】図9
