PROCESS SAVING FOAMING FIREPROOF COATING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process saving foaming fireproof coating material that has less time and labor required for the application until a coating attains a desired film thickness, does not impair the appearance of a structure at ordinary times and is suitable for suppressing the collapse and deformation of the structure in the case of fire.SOLUTION: The process saving foaming fireproof coating material includes (A) a binder component including (a1) a crosslinkable polymer and (a2) a plasticizer, (B) a foaming agent and (C) a carbonizing agent in which the masses of the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) satisfy the relationship represented by formula (1) (omitted); and the ratio of the plasticizer (a2) to a nonvolatile content of the binder component (A) is 50 mass% or less, and is used for applying at a nonvolatile component concentration of the coating material of 75% or more. An application method, a fireproof coating method and a fireproof structure with a protective coating film using the foaming fireproof coating material are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
