PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample collecting device capable of collecting certain samples in a plurality of positions differing in a radial direction relative to a rotating shaft at a time.SOLUTION: A device includes: a rotating shaft 23 that is inserted into an improving body before hardening and is rotated; holders 29, 30 in which a base end part is integrally fixed in a lower end part of the rotating shaft 23 and the longitudinal direction projects in an outer peripheral side; a mold 31 that forms a cylindrical shape and is held such that an axial direction orthogonally crosses longitudinal directions of the holders 29, 30; a stopper 28 protrusively formed in the rotating shaft 23 so as to form a predetermined angle θ within a horizontal surface relative to the holders 29, 30; a boss part 32 rotatably and loosely fit to the rotating shaft 23; and lid plates 33, 34 in which the base end part is fixed to the boss part 32. The lid plates 33, 34 can take a closing position for closing an end face of the mold 31, and an opening position for opening the end face of the mold 31 while abutting on the stopper 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
