As an isolation suit worn on a subject, a sample collecting device comprises: an isolation suit that is isolated from the outside and forms an accommodation space wherein at least one part of the body of the subject is accommodated; and a glove configured to extend from an insertion hole formed in the isolation suit toward the accommodation space, as a glove provided so as to be able to contact the body of the subject accommodated in the accommodation space. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing a risk of infection through breathing and droplets.
