PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet device which has high design property, which is easy to use, in which construction work in an installation is easy and which is provided with coping function with power failure.SOLUTION: A water closet device 1 of this invention comprises: a water closet body 2 including a bowl portion 20, a drain trap pipeline 22 and a skirt portion 10, in which a rear face upper opening 10a and a rear face lower opening 10b are formed in the skirt portion; a drain socket 38 connecting the drain trap pipeline with a drain piping; a valve body 42 opening and closing a flow channel of the drain socket; a holding portion 44c used at a time of power failure for moving the valve body to a closed position; a water supply device making washing water flow into the bowl portion when the valve body is at the closed position by operating the holding portion; first wire 44 transmitting an operation force of the holding portion; second wire 46 moving the valve body; a connector 50 connecting the first wire, the second wire and a switch unit 48 of the water supply device; and a sheath pipe 53 which guides the second wire 46 extracted to a rear face lower opening, pulls up to the rear face upper opening and connects to the first wire via the connector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
