PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building capable of surely supporting a projection part by a stay beam, and capable of securing a drainage slope on a roof surface.SOLUTION: A unit type building constructed by combining a plurality of building units having a substantially rectangular solid-shaped frame, comprises a projection part of projecting to the outside of the unit type building, a stay beam for supporting the projection part together with the frame, a roof face material for forming a roof and an intermediate beam provided in the stay beam and supporting the roof face material, and the intermediate beam is provided so that a height position becomes high toward the other side from one side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
