SPRAYING DEVICE AND SPRAYING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thickness of a fireproof coating material sprayed onto a corner part of a constructed body from being thinner compared to a flattened part.SOLUTION: A spraying device 1 includes a spraying device 20 which sprays a fireproof coating material from a spray port 23, and a control device 10 which controls a robot arm 30 that changes a position and an angle of the spray port 23. The control device 10 sprays the fireproof coating material from the spraying device 20 while moving a position in a height direction and a horizontal direction of the spray port 23 from a first start position 70 at which spraying of the fireproof coating material to a flattened part 51 starts to a first stop position 72 at which spraying the fireproof coating material to the flattened part 51 stops while maintained the angle of the spray port at a first angle facing the flattened part 51 of a column 50. The control device 10 changes the angle of the spray port 23 to a second angle facing a corner part 52, moves the spray port 23 from the first stop position to a second start position corresponding to the corner part 52, and then sprays the fireproof coating material from the spraying device 20 while moving the spray port to the height direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】被施工体の角部に吹き付ける耐火被覆材の厚みが、平坦部に比べて薄くなることを抑制する。【解決手段】吹付け装置1は、噴射口23から耐火被覆材を噴射する噴射装置20と、噴射口23の位置及び角度を変更するロボットアーム30とを制御する制御装置10を備える。制御装置10は、柱50の平坦部51に対向する第1の角度に維持したまま、噴射口23の高さ方向と水平方向の位置を、平坦部51への耐火被覆材の吹付けを始動する第1始動位置70から、平坦部51への耐火被覆材の吹付けを停止する第1停止位置72まで移動させる間に噴射装置20から耐火被覆材を噴射させる。また、制御装置10は、噴射口23の角度を角部52に対向する第2の角度に変更するとともに、噴射口23を、第1停止位置から角部52に対応する第2始動位置に移動させた後に、前記噴射口を高さ方向に移動させる間に、噴射装置20から耐火被覆材を噴射させる。【選択図】図4
