EXFOLIATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation prevention structure of a concrete structure which can be constructed at low cost and easily by reducing work steps and shortening construction time, in which progress of deterioration in the concrete structure can be clearly observed after construction or exfoliation of concrete can be easily recognized visually so as to secure safety of the concrete structure.SOLUTION: In an exfoliation prevention structure of a concrete structure, a thin reinforcement sheet 6 is fixed on a surface of a concrete structure 2. The reinforcement sheet 6 is constituted in a transparent sheet-like shape in which multiple synthetic resin films are laminated to be integrated. The reinforcement sheet 6 comprises: a strong core film 8; an extremely thin easy adhesion layer 9 which is fixed to at least one side of the core film 8 and which is easy to adhere; and a thin-film weather-resistant layer which is fixed to the easy adhesion layer 9, which can be peeled from an adhesion layer 7 by displacing by a fixed amount or greater at predetermined loading time and which has weather resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業工程を低減し施工時間を短縮して安価かつ容易に施工できるとともに、施工後はコンクリート構造物の劣化の進行状況を明瞭に観察でき、またコンクリートの剥落を容易に視認でき、コンクリート構造物の安全を確保できるようにした、コンクリート構造物の剥落防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物2の表面に、薄厚の補強シート6を固着したコンクリート構造物の剥落防止構造である。前記補強シート6は、複数の合成樹脂製フィルムを積層して一体化した透明なシート状に構成されている。前記補強シート6は、強靭なコアフィルム8と、前記コアフィルム8の少なくとも一側に固着した接着し易い極薄の易接着層9と、前記易接着層9に固着し、所定の載荷時に一定以上に変位して接着層7から剥離可能な耐候性を備えた薄膜の耐候層と、からなる。【選択図】図3
