PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation prevention structure for a concrete piece that has less load to environment, high strength, and good workability.SOLUTION: The exfoliation prevention structure for a concrete piece includes an undercoat layer that is formed on a concrete base material and formed by using an undercoat paint composition containing a water soluble resin composition, an intercoat layer that is formed on the undercoat layer, configured to have a mesh sheet, and formed by using an intercoat paint composition containing a water soluble resin composition, and a finishing coat layer that is formed on the intercoat layer and formed by using a finishing coat paint composition containing a water soluble resin composition. The coefficient of extension for a coated film formed by the intercoat paint composition is 50 to 250%, and the tensile strength is 5 to 18 N/mm. The ultimate tensile strength of the mesh sheet is 2,500 to 4,300 N/50 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
