To provide a concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure body which brings about less environmental burden and has high strength and good workability.SOLUTION: In a concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure body which includes a first layer formed on a surface of concrete base material, a second layer formed on the first layer and a third layer formed on the second layer, the second layer is a layer including a second paint composition film and a mesh sheet, and the third layer is a third paint composition film layer; the first paint composition contains first water-dispersible resin, the third paint composition contains third water-dispersible resin, the second paint composition contains second water-dispersible resin, cement and fiber; the second water-dispersible resin contains one kind or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene acetic acid vinyl copolymer resin emulsion and acrylic resin emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
